After-School

Safe Spaces

Our affordable After School Program is designed to positively impact your child's academics, and character development while encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Members receive homework help, participate in various age-appropriate activities like sports, STEM, arts & crafts. Daily snacks are also available.

Regular attendance in our after school program, which incorporates high-yield learning activities and targeted programs, leads to successful youth and teens. 

The Club serves children of all races, colors, religions and genders. The Club is committed to providing the best possible experience for all participants.

Conway

Transportation is provided to the Conway Club site from elementary and middles schools in the CPSD system. Once capacity is reached, all sign ups will be placed on a waitlist until staff can determine if there is space available on the van from your child's specific school. Conway transportation space is limited, please check with your Club if seating is available at your child's school. 


Upon initialenrollment, a parents/guardians, will pay a $25 Member fee, per child, along side their After School.

The Conway Club site has two price ranges. The regular rate and the reduced rate. In order to qualify for the reduced rate, parents will need to submit their current Free/Reduced Lunch Letter from the school district (Please note, all 2025-26 letters expire in September). Greenbrier


Now available at Westside AND Eastside Elementary Schools. Wooster students will be transported to Westside via District shuttle; Springhill students will be transported to Eastside via District shuttle. Upon initial enrollment, a parents/guardians, will pay $25 Member fee, per child, along side their After School fee. Price per month equals the amount of school weeks in a month. To determine the monthly rate, simply multiple the weeks of in-session school by $25.00
